Bio

My plays include BETTER NOT TOUCH THAT; OHIO, REVISITED; IN THE SHADOW OF A TRUCK; BEFORE YOU GET TOO FAR AFIELD; NIMBUSCLUD; THE TURTLE POND WAS A FAIL; SOME HIGHER GLIMMER IN OUR LANDSCAPE OF FLAT; and SMOKE THE CAT IS LOST. I have worked extensively with The Roadsters, Van Reipen Collective and Wook Taut Majesty. I was Buran Theatre’s inaugural CartHorse Fellow, a Dixon Place Artist-in-Residence, a Leslie Scalapino Prize Finalist and a semi-finalist for Pipeline Theater’s PlayLab. My play some higher glimmer in our landscape of flat was selected as part of The Bushwick Starr Reading Series. I am an alumna of Target Margin’s Institute for Collaborative Theater-Making, Denison University and the Brooklyn College MFA playwriting program. I am currently a New Georges affiliated artist.

As a musician, I perform a mix of original tunes, classic country and bluegrass songs.
